For us, putting our name on a product means taking personal responsibility for our work.
IO stands for input/output. It reflects our work: turning a business task into a working system.
What the team covers
At the start, we name the owner of each workstream and agree where the client team needs to make decisions: access, data, acceptance and release.
Product and interface
We define the task, user journey and acceptance criteria with the client. We design the interface and check it against real scenarios.
Engineering and integrations
We build the frontend and backend, connect the required systems and take responsibility for how the product works after release.
AI and quality
We decide where AI is useful, set limits and test responses on agreed examples. We track processing cost separately.
Launch and iteration
We prepare the release, monitor errors and usage, then plan improvements from data and feedback.
