We put our name on what we build. That means personal responsibility for the result and the right to say “we shouldn't do it this way”.
Our own products in parallel
We spend part of our time on our own products, launching them, tracking usage and releasing updates.

We don't run continuous hiring: the team is small and grows selectively, around a specific scope of work. Open positions, when there are any, are published on this page. We also read applications outside a hiring round — if the scope matches, we'll come back when a seat opens.
Work format and location?
We work remotely, in Russian and English. The legal entity is Ioann Technologies LLC.
Do you take juniors or interns?
We look for experienced engineers. The team is small, and we can't yet dedicate enough time to proper mentorship.
