Automation starts with the gaps, not with buying a platform.

Most of the time isn't eaten by hard tasks but by the seams between systems: export, move, reconcile, duplicate. We find those gaps and close them — with integrations where the logic is fixed, and with AI where content has to be understood.

How it works

Find the gaps

We look at where data is moved by hand, where input is duplicated and where a decision waits on a human for no reason. Usually one process walkthrough shows it.

Integrations between systems

CRM, payments, analytics, inventory, internal services. The process runs end to end with no manual steps and no export to a spreadsheet in the middle.

AI only where it's needed

Classifying a request, parsing an email, pulling meaning out of text — AI earns its place here. Where steps are fixed, plain code is cheaper and more reliable.

Process observability

You can see where the process stalled and why. Without that, automation becomes a black box people stop trusting after the first failure.

Where do we start with automation?

With the single process that has the most manual data shuffling. It also makes a good pilot: the effect is measurable and the scope is small.

Is no-code like n8n enough?

Often it is, and we'll say so. No-code hits a wall on non-standard logic, volume and debugging: as a scenario grows, maintaining it gets more expensive than code.

What if a system has no API?

Then we look at the ways around it: exports, an intermediate store, working through mail or files. There's usually a solution, but its cost should be stated honestly and up front.

Will we have to cut staff?

Usually the goal is different: take the mechanical part off people so the same headcount handles more volume. That's a business decision, not a consequence of the technology.
